The Design Concept that Inspired their Elopement

Anastasia & Marus were winners of P3’s Elopement Giveaway with the now defunct, Think Outside the Aisle. They traveled all the way from Iceland to tie the knot and we were so lucky to have been a part of such a special astrology elopement.

I had this themed picked out after making an Astrological Pin Board on Pinterest. I got extremely lucky that the Anastasia and Marus also loved the stars and moon concept for their own personal reasons.

This astrology Elopement was my first at Bottega Exchange. It’s a shared workspace but also a very cool space for an intimate event. The team for this elopement was stacked with talent and donated their time for free to meet the terms of the giveaway.

All About Our Amazing Vendors Who Contributed

The photo & video team was The Combs Creative! It’s always so exciting work with Jess & Corey. They are so innovative and have a style that is very unique to them.

The Hair and Makeup agency was Lei. V agency’s @sincitybridalmua. Leila is one of my favorite hair & makeup artist in Vegas. She is extremely respected in the industry and produces something amazing every time we work together.

Floral was provided by Lorea Blooms. I have worked with Erika for several of my Elopements and Styled Shoots. She creates the most beautiful bouquets and always willing to try my crazy centerpiece ideas!

Furthermore, Events by Bliss LLC provided the lighting and drapery. Ryan and Jose are my favorite team to work with whenever I need drapery, lighting or DJ Services. They always have great ideas and really help take my clients weddings & elopements to the next level.

Trixie’s Mobile Bar provided the yummiest custom cocktails for everyone to enjoy all evening.

Premiere Wedding Wedding Music provided the most beautiful music by of their extremely talented violinists. They serenaded the couple’s astrology elopement with sounds that felt outer space-y.

Peachy Keen Unions provided one of their best, Jacoba – at the time, this was our first wedding together! Since then we have had three with several coming up and I am impressed by her constantly! She is such a fun and professional officiant!

How We Incorporated the Astrology Theme for the Elopement

In addition, the cake vendor, Caked LV, never fails to amaze or impress! Whether I am showing them a cake I sketched with my crazy mind or an image I need to recreate in the client’s color scheme, they always deliver! This cake was no exception. Not only was it gorgeous to look at but it was one of the best tasting so far! Marus could not stop eating and was thrilled to have so much to take back to the hotel with them after their elopement.

Ascanio Designs was our in house Stationery & Graphic Designer. For example, I love pulling together stationery mood boards, giving them to Jordan and watching the designs come to life. Even this astrology elopement deserved a special invite! I loved a similar picture on Pinterest, but wanted to add a gold foil touch. While I have no idea how to do that, I am always able to send my ideas to Jordan & the rest is what you see!

You will find that the beautiful place-settings came from Modern Vintage Rentals! I use them pretty often and love how many combinations I can make with their extensive & unique collections.

Next, the linens and custom details come from my tiny collection (also known as hoarding). I always add spending money in a clients package for custom décor. Sometimes it’s custom candles, additional floral, themed pieces I find on Etsy or whatever else I see that reminds me of their wedding! For Anastasia and Marus, I found these pretty glasses with the night sky constellations and made those the glassware for their Sweetheart Table. They were also able to take them back with them.

I wanted the overall vibe of this Elopement to be romantic and cozy with Astrological touches. The drapery and lighting really made all the difference and softened their ceremony space into the most beautiful backdrop.

The END

In conclusion, Anastasia and Marus were so fun to plan for! This theme wasn’t made for them but in the end it was exactly what they wanted. Congratulations again and thank you for inviting P3 Events!
