I like to get this to you before your Onboarding- it lets you know off the bat - if I am seeing your wedding the way you are! When we connect we have things to discuss!
Once you have approved your Mood Board, Color Scheme, approved your budget and we have found your venue(s), I get to work creating your Elopement Proposal. This details your entire day in storybook form so you can see how effortlessly the day will flow.
💍Budget creation & guidance
Since I will be creating your All-Inclusive Elopement Package after you have approved your Elopement Proposal - we figure out your budget for your overall day pretty earlier. Once I have that hard number, anything presented to you in your Elopement Proposal and from there on out - will be withing your approved budget
after your venue (s) have been booked, I get right to work creating your Wedding Proposal. This lists out your day in essay form, allowing you to really see how your day will flow. This also helps us see exactly what or who is needed, where and why before committing financially to anything.
💍 Creation of your All-Inclusive Elopement Package based on your chosen venue(s), approved Mood Boards & Elopement Proposal (and budget).
💍 Complete communication & coordination with the vendors listed above and within with your elopement proposal
This is where you get to SEE everything that has been presented to you in your Elopement Proposal & Moodboard, itemized and combined into one lump sum total.
We handle all of the questions, the emails and the back and forth with all of the vendors included in your All-Inclusive Package! We do connect you with each of your vendors prior to your wedding day - but more for your peace of mind than anything else.
💍 Coordination of your travel itinerary whether or not you add it through your package
💍 Creation of your Day of Timeline - distributed to all of your vendors 1 month before your Elopement
💍 Creation of floor plan suggestions (if applicable)
💍 Closing Call with your Day of Producer, Officiant & Photographer 1 month before your wedding
💍 1 Day of Producer for up to 30 guests for 5 hours at up to two locations (including setup)
