An Intimate Garden Wedding at Green Valley Ranch Hotel & Spa with a whimsical summer vibe

Finding P3 Events in January of 2023, Mary and Earl wanted an all-inclusive elopement for their May 20th wedding. We helped plan their Garden Wedding in the span of 5 months, including booking the ceremony at Green Valley Ranch and outsourcing wedding vendors. Normally, a very easy feat – this was EDC weekend in Vegas and EVERYTHING was either booked or inflated to the MAX!

Their vibe was timeless, elegant and inspired by a lavender & honey color palette. Even with the date and elevated pricing, we seamlessly booked their vendors and being the design experts we are…. curated the perfect day for Mary + Earl!

The Wedding Day

First, the day started off with makeup and hair magic by Makeup in the 702. While the bride and groom had plenty of time to get ready at Westgate hotel, our team was over at Green Valley Ranch setting up the Garden Wedding ceremony in their Vineyard.

We had mismatched chairs from Modern Vintage Rentals, lining the aisle to really bring the romantic garden wedding theme home. It was a really simple décor set-up that also had a welcome table and a cupcake table for post ceremony bites.

The photographer, Siga Gubista Photography did a beautiful job capturing the simple romance of the Green Valley Ranch garden ceremony. Additionally, we can’t wait to see the wedding video by Shawn Maguire. Next, the bride and groom + their guests were shuttled to Green Valley Ranch by Earth Limousine.

Everyone was ushered in and seated under the serene shade from the trees. Then, as the bride came down the aisle, guests were speechless at the beauty and romance of it all. The officiant from Wedding Vows Las Vegas did a lovely job and once Mary & Earl said their “I do’s” the celebration wrapped up at Green Valley Ranch.
