17hats is not overwhelming and you use it very little. On Aisle Planner, we can't get away with not using it but have made so many explanatory videos and blogs to really show to use the site for your benefit. The use of Pinterest is heavy in the beginning and maybe used 2-3 times after your Style Guide has been approved. 
It is paramount you use this to get your images/vision and ideas over to me before your Onboarding and for that reason, I have created a How to use Pinterest Blog & Video to really ensure you understand what is needed from you and how to execute it - easily and quickly! 
Before booking a client call, take a look at your scheduled calls - if one is coming up, I would just save those questions for that call. Otherwise, emailing your questions to lindsaygloria@p3events and ccing d.whitfield@p3events.com is also recommended. If your questions look like it definitely should be a call, we will send a calendar invite (sometimes as early as that day). Otherwise, booking a week in advance is always recommended. 
To be short. No. We are not your wedding planners or day of producers and all of your Floral, Decor & Rentals are included in your All-Inclusive Floral & Decor Package. 
Yes, you can text 312.318.3225 and will usually receive a response within 20 minutes if your text is received during Office Hours. If you text outside of Office Hours, I ask that you also email lindsaygloria@p3events.com to let me know you have text and the contents of your text so nothing gets lost. 
P3 will communicate with you through email,  text (occasionally) as well as scheduled client calls. All of the Phases in your Planning & Design Process include 1 pre-scheduled call, so it is unlikely you will feel that you do not have enough contact with us. But please, if you feel you need more attention or help with certain phases, we can always update your proposal for more hands on service.  

To get off on the right foot - we find it's best to lay our cards on the table. Tell you what your service means to us and what you can expect to receive from us and how. This also explains when we will answer texts, when texts are ok and what we need from you to keep things organized and running smoothly.

P3's office hours are 10:00am-4:00pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday with special calls being scheduled based on our clients' availability and timezone. These hours apply to texts. Please feel free to call your Planner when you'd like and if they are available, they will answer - otherwise, please stick to scheduling your client calls through the links provided in the Portal Links
