Holiday Table Setting

You don’t always have to go above and beyond when setting your Holiday Table. One or two small focal pieces, a flashy runner and candle holders/votives are all you need to make a subtle and chic statement.

This year, I wanted to recreate my Wedding Place settings for our 1 year Anniversary! I used Tablescapes for the Dinneware and all other place settings and linens. They have a great selection of rentals, especially Dinnerware and chargers-for when you want to dress up your tabletop.

I love our Dining table and didn’t feel the need for a tablecloth but fell in love with Tablescapes Black and Gold Snakeskin runner. I thought it would pick up the candlelight and gold tones beautifully.

The gold Lanterns and mercury votives are rentals of ours and available for your special event or wedding! I didn’t want to go with the typical holiday flowers but love deep reds and gold. I got lucky and found some beautiful anemone and callas. I sprayed a statement succulent to add a chic but understated detail. Hydrangea is always good to use a filler flower or as the entire arrangement. This time, I lightly sprayed them gold as well.

The orchids came to burgundy this time so I sprayed those too! I ended up like it better and still have them in my home. Your floral designs don’t have to be pricey or large. I wanted to keep them low to the table (so guests can see each other (especially for our dinner for two, a large piece was not needed).

You can always enhance your Holiday Table with menu. I reached out to our Wedding Paper Divas representative and had them create a special menu. I sometimes find a design I like but it’s for a program or an invitation. Using WPD allows me to customize almost everything and receive everything within the week!
